“Blah blah bland. Not worth the stay, not worth the stay. If you are interested in stubbing your toe or knee from a room over packed with furniture, this is the place for you. If you want to be awakened to sounds in the middle of the night and noise early in the morning, then this is the place for you. Avoid the bottom level. Personally I’d swim in the marsh out back rather than the two pools that haven’t been chemically cleaned in the past year. The only bright spot is the restaurant……

“This truly was a tale of two properties. On the plus side, the physical property was fantastic. We booked an ocean-side room with a balcony -- and the view of the sunrise each morning was spectacular. Dining room, pool area, and fitness center were all first rate. However, the staff and service left *a lot* to be desired. Just a few examples: Our room was not ready at 4:00 and the front desk staff didn’t seem particularly concerned with finding a solution. The lobby bartender disappeared……

“We checked in by just giving the clerk at desk our name and our reservation was pulled up. Nothing else and we got a key. Usually you fill out some paperwork such as car tag number and give them our driver's license. The good thing was we got to check in earlier than 3:00 pm. Restaurant was great. Place is old so it came with good things and a few maintenance issues. Would have been great if we had at least a coffee make in room or down in lobby. Great location. Felt like you were in a……

“1 minute walk to the beach and the restaurants near by was the only plus. The room we had was dirty, hair all over the sheets. The tables had spilled coffee or something all over them. Looked like the room wasn't clean after the last people that were there.”

“We paid over $90 for this stay, and honestly, this place should not be open for business in its current condition. As we walked across the wooden slats, water came out from underneath them, which raises serious concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. To make matters worse, the covers had white stains on them, making the room appear unsanitary and poorly cared for.No guest should have to stay in these conditions after paying for a room. This property needs immediate attention and proper……
